This character stone cottage was originally built in September 1822, as a grain store, for the adjacent flour mill.
Now converted into a self contained cottage, with two levels. The bedroom, upstairs, has double and single bed & sleeps up to three people. The ground floor has a full kitchen and a cozy lounge with a slow combustion wood fire, CD player & flat screen T.V, complimentary port, chocolates, and fresh flowers.
The bathroom is also on the ground floor with an easy walk in shower, & washing machine. Perfect for those who want to get away from it all, the Granary is totally self-contained. Outdoor table & chairs are provided. From here you can observe the native Tasmanian wildlife & the river beyond.
The Granary has private parking, just outside the door.
Ideal for a romantic getaway
The tariff for the cottage is room only, with a minimum stay of two nights.
